Exceptions

We do not refund or exchange cigarettes earrings for pierced ears; beauty products where the packaging has been opened, underwear (ladies, men and children); and baby products (if packaging has been opened or where the safety seal has been broken) or any other products that may carry or create a health and safety risk. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.

We do not provide refunds on value added or financial services items at Pick n Pay including but not limited to airtime, data, electricity, gift card mall products, flight tickets, and bus tickets. These refunds must be claimed through the relevant service provider directly.

Baby products (if packaging has not been opened or where the safety seal has not been broken) may only be exchanged (and not refunded) if there is more than a four-month shelf life available.
